Lawrence P. Carolla began his commercial real estate career in 1977 with The Horne Company, where he remained for 10 years. Mr. Carolla specialized in industrial leasing and sales. In 1987, he began working in real estate brokerage and development.

In 2002, Mr. Carolla joined Partners Title as Vice President of Marketing. He joined Riverway Title Company in the capacity of Commercial Business Development in August of 2009. Mr. Carolla attended The University of Texas majoring in Finance and was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He obtained his Texas Real Estate License in 1977.
