Monroe Ashworth began his career in the title industry in May 1998 with Stewart Title Company and has since developed deep expertise across both residential and commercial operations. His career progression includes roles as Examination Processor, Escrow Officer, Commercial Escrow Officer, Builder Department Manager, Senior Vice President overseeing a seven-builder team, and Division President.

Monroe brings extensive commercial experience, having handled large land acquisitions for master-planned communities, as well as transactions involving multifamily developments, light industrial properties, warehouses, and medical office projects. His broad background experience allows him to navigate complex transactions while delivering strategic value to clients.

Beyond his professional career, Monroe is actively involved in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Spring Branch Independent School District, and the Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, fishing, and visiting the family farm.
