Marc is a native Houstonian with over two decades of Title experience specializing in all asset classes of commercial property sales, acquisitions, development and related financing. His long standing career in the Title Industry is comprised of senior positions with national Underwriters and Independent Title Agents. Mr. LaRocca is highly skilled in handling complex commercial transactions through creative problem solving, attention to detail and transparency. Marc’s top priority is developing long term and mutually beneficial client relationships based on performance, trust and his personal commitment to excellence.

Mr. LaRocca attended The University of Texas and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas. He is licensed with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and Texas Land Title Association (TLTA). In his free time, Marc enjoys golf, travel, live music and college football. He is married and has two daughters who work and reside in Houston.
